The Lookout Owner’s ASSOCIATION is responsible for the maintenance, repair, replacement, and services associated with general and limited common elements of the neighborhood, which include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Parks/Waterfront  
  • Playgrounds & Sport Courts  
  • Pedestrian Pathways  
  • Home Landscape  
  • Streets  
  • Sidewalks  
  • Snow Removal  
  • Individual Home Trash Collection  
  • Common Area Facilities/Buildings  
  • Year-Round Staff  
  • Seasonal Security 
  • Seasonal Shuttle Service 
  • Vehicles, Fuel, Supplies, Tools, Resources and Equipment 
  • Operations Building/Shop/Offices
  • Power, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Utilities  
  • HOA Management (via LOCR Management Team) 
  • Professional Accounting Services
